PLAN are appointed by ARJ to develop the hard and soft landscape design of Albourne Retirement Village providing a total of 84 new homes, a Village Centre (featuring a new restaurant, gym and fitness studios) and extensive landscaped grounds.

PLAN are part of a design team including PRP Architects, Ridge Structural and Civil Engineers and SVM mechanical and electrical services delivering a comprehensive BIM level 2 design including data rich 3D modelling.

The landscape includes SuDS basins, extensive new tree planting, orchards, growing beds and new habitats for mammals, insects, birds and bats. 

​

Works on site will commence in December 2023, with completion in the summer of 2026.
