The People Behind Plan
PLAN is led by a team of experienced landscape architects who bring together creative thinking, technical expertise and a shared passion for creating meaningful landscapes.
We are a collaborative practice, working closely with clients, architects, consultants and contractors throughout the design process. Our size allows us to remain personally involved in every project, while drawing on a breadth of experience across landscape architecture, garden design, planning and sustainable development.
From the earliest stages of a project through to completion, we believe that good design comes from collaboration, curiosity and a close understanding of the people and places we are designing for.

RESOURCING
We are intentionally a small practice, allowing us to maintain a personal and hands-on approach throughout every project. Our Directors remain closely involved, working directly with clients, architects and consultants from initial concept through to completion. Where a project requires additional expertise or resource, we draw on an established network of experienced designers, artists, technicians and specialist consultants. We also work closely with trusted suppliers and contractors, enabling us to bring the right skills and expertise together for each project.
COLLABORATION
We strongly believe collaboration is the key to project success from early concept stages through to completion on site. Our drawing standards and file naming systems are based on industry standards to ease collaborative working. We constantly review our in-house standards to keep up-to-date with the latest technological advancements, British Standards and industry developments.
