A mixed use 620 unit development in Acton, West London comprising of a cluster of towers positioned around a central communal space for residents, roof gardens and surrounding public realm improvements. A challenging scheme due to the scale and density of the proposals. The landscape proposals played a central role during a lengthy pre-app process. The scheme was granted planning permission in 2016.
