PLAN were asked to design a contemporary courtyard garden that creates a series of moments within a relatively compact space. The clean lines of limestone effect porcelain paving, the shallow, linear water feature and cedar cladding are offset with lush planting overflowing the edges of planters and pots.

Olive trees in planters provide height and enclosure and climbing plants green up the garden walls providing colour, texture and scent around places to sit.
