PLAN were asked to design a garden for this characterful 1960's house set on the side of a steep slope in the Cotswolds.

The brief asked for a garden that unifies the existing inconsistent spaces, rebuilds walls currently in a state of disrepair and bring a character reminiscent of the 60's gardens of the modernist era.

​

Floating platforms, crazy paving, woodland trails all set among lush, architectural planting with large leaves, striking forms and abundant foliage.

​

Proposals include spaces for family entertainment alongside guest accommodation.
