PLAN were appointed to design the landscape for a residential development in the south west of England.

A mix of new housing and refurbished heritage industrial buildings providing new homes for Exeter. 

 

Landscape proposals seek to provide residents and visitors to the area a welcoming, functional and attractive environment that enables public and private space to sit within a green street that is considerate to all users be they drivers, pedestrians, wheelchair users or cyclists.

 

The landscape will provide opportunities for increasing the biodiversity of the site, and create new habitats for a range of species. Trees have been chosen to provide a food source and habitat for wildlife, provide shade, structure and year round interest with flowering buds in spring and bright autumnal colours later in the year.
