PLAN were appointed to design the landscape for The Southside including associated information for a  Reserved Matters Planning Application. 

The Southside is a transformative project set to revitalise 35 acres of green space on the southern edge of the city of Hereford. The project brings a new community centre to Hereford designed by Arbor Architects and funded by HM Government’s Stronger Towns Fund. The project covers the community centre and associated new facilities including sports pitches, community growing gardens, new wildflower meadows and connected habitats to improve biodiversity across the area. 

Proposals look to ensure Belmont Wanderers Football Club and Grow Local facilities are integrated both socially and environmentally within the surrounding landscape.
